Seven Fiddle Players

Narrative portraits of the seven Irish traditional fiddle players who most inspired me when learning to play the fiddle myself. The paintings formed a solo touring exhibition in 1993 at the following venues in Ireland: The Kennedy Gallery, Harcourt Street, Dublin 1, the Willie Clancy Summer School of Traditional Music, Miltown Malbay, Co Clare and Siamsa Tire (the Irish National Folk Theatre), Tralee, Co Kerry. Two of the paintings were also exhibited in a group show at The Piccadilly Gallery, Cork St, London.
